Our story
Slow clothing from the lanes of Ahmedabad
Reva began at a kitchen table in Navrangpura, with a stack of Ajrakh fabric and a stubborn belief that everyday clothing could still be made slowly, by hand, and by name. Today we work with a small circle of block-printers in Kutch, handloom weavers in Kota, and a team of women who cut and finish every piece in our studio off C.G. Road.
We make in small batches — usually a dozen of a design, sometimes fewer — so nothing feels mass-made. Natural fibres, natural dyes wherever we can, and a fit that is meant for real Ahmedabad days: the school run, the shop floor, a Sunday lunch, the long heat of May.
Every kurti, saree and dupatta you see here was chosen by us and made near us. When you buy from Reva, you are keeping a loom running and a printer's block busy — and that is the whole point.
