Policies

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days from our Ahmedabad studio via a tracked courier, and typically reach you in 3–7 working days depending on your city. You will receive tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is packed.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. Below that, a flat ₹79 is added at the time of confirming your order over WhatsApp. For local Ahmedabad orders, self-pickup from the studio can be arranged — just ask.

Because everything is made in small batches, we accept exchanges (for size or a different piece of equal value) within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags. Do share an unboxing photo if anything reaches you damaged and we will make it right.

Sale pieces, dupattas, and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange. Hand-block prints and handloom weaves carry small natural irregularities in colour and motif — these are the mark of the craft, not defects.

We collect only what we need to serve your order — your name, delivery address, and WhatsApp number. We never sell or share your details with anyone outside our courier partner.

We may message you occasionally on WhatsApp about new arrivals or a festival collection. Reply STOP any time and we will not message you again.
